Wow... didn't think it'd ever come out!!! Good thing I didn't get too far in the Euro version (I like having my games all (U) versions)!

EDIT: By the way, anyone know why this game was dumped after like a month or two after its release?

I be the same way matrix. LOL I'm all about playing the (U)
Good to see that I'm not the only one so anal about the region differences!

I am the same way I try not to get into games that I know that will have a (U) release at some point around the corner. Although I still collect the (E) and (J) releases.

i like all my games to be (U), but if the (U) game takes too long to be released i'll take the (E) version....but im not that particular cos i rename the games without the (U),(E) or (J).

I wonder why this took so long...
There was a topic on another forum about sites receiving a piracy warning about the EU Pinata release.
Although it was identified as fake, still maybe related to that issue...

I really doubt that prevented a scene group from dumping a game.

Viva Pinata on a Nintendo portable. Seems strange.

I liked the (EU) version. I'm sure American fans will enjoy this game as well. Although I have to admit this game is not for everyone. The micro-management can get really hectic at times.

The 360 version is a lot more enjoyable really. In this one you have to romance pretty much every single Pinata that shows up to make any progress, while with the 360 version you can just do what you want to do for the most part. Making progress in Pocket Paradise is painfully slow...

Possibly ended up as an "internal" release rather than actually releasing it to the wild up until now...

yall im torn... ive been hacking away at tales of phantasia GBA (the USA version) and have so many documents of reverse engineering i've done
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
I just found out that the EU version is better in literally every way, better sound quality, better lighting, and there's even a patch someone made to make the text look nicer
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
Do I restart now using what i've learned on the EU version since it's a better overall experience? or do I continue with the US version since that is what ive been using, and if someone decides to play my hack, it would most likely be that version?
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one ;)
