I'm tempted to get Driver Renegade now it's out in the shops, however I have heard some pretty negative things (mostly about the longevity of the game).
Has anyone got it yet? Is it worth the £35 everyone is charging for it? I want to know if it's worth waiting for a deal or just never getting it!

I bought it .... its terrible ...why?

The story: Its a "cliche" story alll the way through, you can guess what comes next ... plus you can see the comic book style videos on the nintendo e-shop for free (in europe at least).

The game play: Extremely repetitive, there is no real challenge. Its more of a matter of luck, the AI is non existant, the controls are basic and doesn't give you a feeling your controlling a car ... it felt like i was controlling a troley ... there is no sensation of speed and the car crashes are ridiculously bad.

Overall you will get the sensation you are playing a glorified amateur programed game.

Driver 1 and 2 for the pc / playstation are great games. This isnt.

Save your money... but you can always give it a try before you buy, i wish i did.

That quite disappointing.
