Hardware Driver for Micro SD Reader?

Is there a driver I need to install in order to use USB stuff on windows XP?
I am trying to get my M3 Lite going, but when I insert the micro SD into the computer, Windows doesn't recognize it.
I am using a Mac with Virtual PC with windows XP Pro service pack 2 on, and I dont really know what to do.
Can anyone please help me out?

It says it suppots USB devices, so I dont know why it doesn't work.
Theres a setting that I need to change to enable USN devices, but even when I do that it doesn't work

I dont want to buy a Windows just for my M3 Lite....

I think it should work on your Mac directly, no need to use VirtualPC.

Yeah you really don't need Windows just to read a microSD card... it has to work on Mac without any drivers at all, just plug it in and it should appear in the finder as with any other drives.

It works on my mac, but the thing is that Im using an M3 Lite, and in order to get game saving, I have to use a Windows application. I can drag and drop games onto the micro SD card just on my Mac (the game works fine) but I cant get ANY of the features that the M3 lite has.
