It was made a long time ago during the Cupscale era, but it's good. Even if the textures are only twice as large as the original ones, there is more emphasis on cleaning work (Non-compressed textures from the ps1 version are used) and optimization (the pack weighs only 16 megabytes!).
There are some custom textures and fonts made from scratch, fixes, in general, efforts have been made.
