Okay, in order to use this patch, you will need a few things;
1) Some form of HEX Editor, for this demonstration, I'll use XVIIHexEditor Program
2) Notepad
3) The ability to compare values
4) Lots and paitence.

1)Open up notepad and copy the hex values shown in this post and paste them into notepad.

2)Open your Dragonball DS 2: Red Ribbon Gun [J] ROM file in XVIIHex Editor

3)Compare the addresses for the values and then type in the values for the addresses described in the text in notepad that you copied from this post.

4)Click SAVE

5)Drag&Drop the "patched" ROM file into your Acekard2i/EZFlash/R4/N5...WTF Ever.

6)Play the damn game and STFU.

Download NO$GBA and NO$ZOOMER as well as BIOS and FIRMWARE.bin
Find and follow some online guide somewhere to set you up with NO$ZOOMER
Play the game in NO$ZOOMER, WARNING! IT PLAYS VERY SLOWLY!

Its for the JAP version not the EUR or US version that's why It doesn't work I assume.
