Yes is really simple, just download boot ntr selector, install it and follow the instructions on the screen. After that just look out for a plugin for the game you want and put it on your default folder for plugins

so, i checked avery single site about dragon ball heroes ultimate mission x's cheat; even speedfly... But i couldn't find anything for the latest version (1.3.0). Do someone have some cheat codes or plugins that works for this version???

The game is a japanese exclusive, so no USA or EUR version. I will recommend you to buy a phisical copy and apply the partial tanslation patch. (You can find it on this forum)
