Gaming Dragon Ball DS (US) - is it out???

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has the Dragon Ball DS game, US version? It was supposed to be out yesterday. And yet I did not find the ROM anywhere. I was really excited about this game, after playing a little the Japanese version. Thanks!
