Looks nice and functional. I won't be using DPG videos anymore now that I have a GP2X though.

Mmm, looks like a great piece of software!

I'll try it out asap and get back to you when I'm done

Thanks for giving it a shot Panzer! I really would appreciate any feedback. I put a good amount of time into this program. It is my first Windows program, my first time with C#, but it was a lot of fun!

I hope this adds to you DPG encodes!!

P.S. Even from people who don't use this, does it have an OK design? Like I said, it is my first program. I tried to make it nice and have some features that make it easier on the user...

Thanks!

I'll be trying this out (even though I just convert videos. Rarely though.)

It looks like (Need to download .net framework first).

Though trimming things would be nice.

Does it work fine with the subtitles?
And does it take long to convert a video?

This doesn't actually convert anything, you still need BatchDPG.

This just sets up the video you will feed into BatchDPG.

Yes, it does fine with subs. You can preview them at the different resolutions etc etc.

Panzer: What happened? You couldn't install the latest .NET?

quick question though, i searched for this but couldn't find any such results. Say I have a 700mb movie file. If I were to convert it to DPG, what would the NEW file size be?

Depends entirely on the video file, its original dimensions, and the settings you choose.

I encoded a 700 MB file and the output *.dpg file came out to be about 300 MB, but that's just a ballpark figure, probably on the lower end.
