Hardware Dpad is broken

My D-pad seems broken. On the home menu, it keeps going 1 up 1 down. ( Its stuck in game, and switches between share game, and saved data ) I can't go left/Right nor to the recovery menu.
It started when i was playing an GBA game on gpSP. ( it was going up and down on its own, but i still had SOME controll of it. ) Now it wont work at all.

I have tried opening the PSP and cleaning the Dpad but it didn't work.

Anyone that can help?

Oh btw, I can click the note button to pop Joysens, which by coincidence is enabled, and there i can move left right.

Hard resetting with L and R pressed gets my in the recovery menu, but there its still moving up only.

I think you should follow your manual book or you can talk with customer care ..
