Downloading Profile to hacked switch to use PKHex

So I've been looking about and haven't exactly found what I'm looking for but anyway I had two questions.

I've got an OLED switch and an OG (hacked) one and I was wondering if I might be able to download my profile onto the second switch (the hacked one) to use PKHex to edit my saved file on Pokemon S/S, BDSP and LA. Would it be safe to do so as long as I don't take my profile online on the hacked switch?

only if you put a chip on the OLED one, so you can extract save files from OLED and put on V1.

Ah so no save data editing from the OLED one then. Would I be able to local trade between the two switches then?

Easiest way would just be trade the pokemon over locally and then edit them, instead of trying to move your save, OLED needs a modchip as @impeeza stated.
