Hacking Downgrading emunand?

Is there any way to downgrade emunand (Specifically from 9.9 to 9.0) without losing the data? I need to do a system transfer from 9.9 sysnand to 9.0 N3DS. I was thinking of doing this:

1- ST from 9.9 sysnand to 9.9 emunand.
2-Wait 7 days.
3-Downgrade 9.9 emunand to 9.0.
4-ST from 9.0 emunand to 9.0 sysnand.

Try backing up the emunand and then using sysupdater on emunand with 9.0 cias. Get the 9.0 cias with 3DNUS. And do not use sysupdator 4.0b. You will brick.

sysupdater can downgrade? Never knew that.
