I made a small batch file for Windows which will download IOS15 and IOS36 from Nintendo's servers (using SquidMan's Update_Downloader), patch them to IOS16 and cIOSv8 respectively, pack them into WADs, and check their SHA1 sums. The batch has been tested successfully on XP x86 bits and Vista x64 (execute as administrator).
If you encounter the "unable to find all the files provided" error message, copy downgradehelper.bat and the bin folder in the root of your hard disk and try again.

is IOS 15 the same as IOS 16 that appeared at the pink fish disk?, if not i cant understand what th program does. Convert IOS 36 in cIOSv8 i understand

I left it for like 30 mins, tried it again, and once more for luck...and it keeps hanging.

Any ideas?
