Hacking Downgrade wii?

A friend of mine recently downloaded the latest firmware and ofcourse got all the homebrew deleted off her wii.
Is there anyway to downgrade it and reinstall all the homebrew again? Or any new releases that let you install homebrew on an updated wii??

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Downgrading is a high-risk action if you don't know what you're doing. Your best bet is to install the Homebrew Channel again with the latest HackMii installer.

Would the new update on the wii let me install the homebrew channel again? I thought it disables all homebrew.

New HackMii Installer defeats the HBC block. The new HBC has a new Title ID: J0DI

You can skip the "Updating Your Wii" under "Update to 4.2" if you want, since you have 4.2 already.
