Hacking Downgrade 3DS XL 9.5

its possible use a nand backup from another 3ds to downgrade my XL through hardmod??
or even use GW downgrade files

No, as others nand.bin contains different keys which which will brick your 3ds if the keys does not match

Since your own 9.5, no as the kernel exploit has been patched

Yes each 3ds contains keys that only nintendo knows.

As for the 2nd question, i think it can only be done on 9.2 or below. Otherwise people already downgraded at this point.

A hard mod is used to backup and restore a system Nand it cannot be modified
