who do I add as a friend to get the note?

Inside the swapdoodle app, you click on the icon on the top right. Then you click on options and make sure everything is checked except for "send game info to nint". Down in the options there should be "add as a doodle viewer". You have to add the sender(s) and save the options.

All you have to do then is WAITING and BEING PATIENT. You can click on the top right icon inside swapdoodle and click on "check SpotPass delivery" and if it works, you will get a notification rather said a special letter with doodlebomb.

After getting it, there are some files to put on the SD card (you can easily find out how to do that on Google).

This worked for me but unfortunately, I cannot send doodlebombs, sorry!
