I think I've located the problem. I've got an OLD 3ds but I got the new payload. And since I'm on the latest version, I guess I won't be getting homebrew for a while, since there's no 11.4 otherapp for old3ds.

EDIT: The funniest thing is, earlier I was on 9.7 or so, but I tried updating to get support for another hax that turns out it was already outdated. Of all the reasons to go back in time..

make a random doodle, then run the doodlehax installer. That doodle becomes letterbomb and you're free to send it.

Make sure you name it OLD-11-4-0-35-XXX. "XXX" meaning your region. If that doesn't work, try the 11.3 payload and rename it the same as above and try it.

@dAVID_ This seems like a bug with either the payload or the CFW. I would suggest taking this to the dev threads, because you may get more help there. If you do get it fixed, I would be happy to add you to the list.

It's OLD-11-4-0-37-XXX. It only works on 11.4 with CFW. Without CFW, HBL is only available up to 11.3. O3DS without CFW on 11.4 must wait for smea to update the payload for HBL.

Make sure you're connected to the internet and have SpotPass enabled for Swapdoodle.

Just keep your console on sleep mode. That's when SpotPass works.

So, I just saw that you added me back but I don't got any letters. Do I only receive letters when in sleep mode *and* connected to the internet? I got SpotPass and Special Letters enabled though. Thanks for helping me out! @pixelmasher
