Do you have otherapp and initial too?

Yup. OTHERAPP is USA and for my region (11.4) and my system (N3DSXL). From the doodlebomb git, I used the USA files in the USA folder from the .zip file.
This video doesn't show the faint rop.bin is missing, but it sometimes does with the same error occurance in the video.

I should have been more clearer in my last reply, I did test it. But I needed an otherapp.bin file to be on the root of my SD and it needed to be all caps. Welp, I guess I can be out back on the list.

Did you get my note yet? I've sent it out long ago. But if you haven't. I can resend it.
Be sure to have spotpass on and have allowed//enabled special notes.
