Homebrew "DON'T TOUCH ME"?

I found this in one of my folders on my wii U. It looks like the health and safety logo but it's red instead, I think it had something to do with my wii U when I first softmodded it, but i'm just curious, what is it and what happens if you do try and start it? will my wii U explode? lol.
 
It's the title which is autobooted when your Wii U is turned on. "Don't touch me" means you shouldn't delete the title since the Wii U would no longer find the title to boot at startup.

It's just a warning. That app is a dependency for your wii u and cfw. If it's deleted, transferred, or reinstalled I believe it bricks the wiiu. There may be more things that cause issues as well.
 
It’s just cbhc. If you don’t wanna see that Icon and are like me that i like to show my hax off, then make a copy of your haxchi folder and rename it cbhc that way it will continue saying haxchi. Just run the cbhc installer again
