Homebrew Don't know how to install RetroArch Wii

SOME ONE PLEASE HELP, I found out that I have to move it to the drive, like this: E:\apps\RetroArch-Wii
It works, but how to load games?

In the RetroArch menu you have to load a core (like snes9x or nestopia or whatever you wanna play) and then you hit "load content" (or something like that) and you navigate to where your games are in your SD card.
