I keep trying to play Super Mario Sunshine because my copy was stolen and it has a super fast frame rate during cut scenes, and a 19-21 frame rate during game play! Is there any way to get this to run better?
Oh Well, I don't have to play it! Oh, Or I could just buy it again?!
Dolphin is very resource intensive. You definitely need a good PC to run it properly.
Also note that it's more CPU heavy than it is GPU heavy, meaning you should upgrade your processor first of all.
