Homebrew Dolphhin Not Passing Bluetooth

I installed arch and Dolphin will not pass though my BT dongle (Bus 001 Device 007: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)). I have a uodev rule (SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTRS{idVendor}=="0a12", ATTRS{idProduct}=="0001", TAG+="uaccess", GROUP="users") and changed VID and PID in the dolphin config. Wiimotes never sync when I hit the sync button in Dolphin.

I suggest you to go to Dolphin forum. They have the best result to resolve it for you instead of here.
