TWLmenu does not mod the way in which DS mode connects to wifi, as such it can be set to connect to wiimmfi with a DNS change in just like a regular DS can.

i get that but does the 3dses ds mode support options beyond wep like wpa like the dsi did
Only in 3DS mode. While running games in DS mode, the entire console and its hardware and software essentially behave as if they are a DSi, with the same limitations the console had. DS games are restricted to WEP wifi and DSi games can only do WPA1.

if you setup a WEP/WPA1 Access point i would only suggest enabling MAC Filtering so the 3DS and ONLY the 3DS can connect to it. and unplug the AP (or disable if its an option in your router) when not playing, Esp if you only setup WEP as it's a huuuuge Security risk and your Asking someone to break into your Wifi.

Does wiimmfi ban twilight menu users who play hacked roms?
I don't think they typically ban on anything except Mario Kart Wii, if you're doing it to cheat though might get in trouble.

I know CTGP-Nitro works fine and is allowed, they just restricted it to friends only so that you don't accidentally get put in matches with vanilla MKDS players.

I've been working on making a wheel controller with arduino, 3d printed round knob, and a potientometer.to play breakout and games like that. Kinda of like the old Atari 2600 controllers.

  • FlareReZ @ FlareReZ:
devkitPro by defaults use C and C++. So I suppose you start off with C first and then move onto C++.

  • FlareReZ @ FlareReZ:
Because C++ is more complex than C.
