Nope. No known console debug menu. There's a system config tool from devkit consoles that someone reported that works with loadiine but there's not much use for it as it just launch and display text but none of the option will work. Also some users in the web reported to have a gamepad debug menu when they bought the console but the way for accessing it is still unknown and it's not usefull as it can just do some hardware testing

Pretty sure holding a button combo on boot brings up some menu... Can't remember which... On cat-Dev only.
