Homebrew Question Does the Switch charge while in Hekate (not in CFW)

Just FYI, the Switch does charge in RCM, AutoRCM or not. It is extremely slow. The latest version of Hekate supports fast charging if you load the payload only and not start a CFW. You'll likely risk screen burn-in letting Hekate sit though, so I suggest using it only if you end up with a dead battery with autorcm. That way you can get enough juice for horizon to boot instead of shutting back off.

Look, I don't care about RCM mode. This is about the payload hekate itself. Does it charge in hekate or not?

Yes. It’ll charge. I started a nand backup, then firgured I should’ve plugged it in first. So I plugged into the charger and I started the nand backup. It charged.

I will be confirming this statement. Was down to 4.7% battery and now it's charging like nothing was wrong. Charging from computer didn't work, so I used the charger cable instead. Booted to Hekate 5.0.2 from AutoRCM. Maybe this is old news but I suppose people are still being led here from google.
