Hacking Does the magnet method (indicated on 3ds hacks) work on the old 2DS model?

I just bought a PAL 2DS (the old model) on version 11.4 E on the cheap, and I'm really excited to try out new and simple methods to enable CFW on the model, but I heard that the magnethax method doesn't work on the 2DS model. So I wanna know how to make it work, and could please guys guide me if there is any other simpler methods to get the 2DS to run on custom firmware other than the magnethax method?

You don't need a magnet for the O2DS, you just need to switch on the sleep switch Apart from that, you can still use ntrboot

You don't need a magnet to trigger the sleep mode on o2ds, which has a sleep mode switch.
