Hacking Does the CycloDS Display All Cheats?

I know that the R4 doesn't display all cheats. That's why I have YSMenu on it.

Does CycloDS show all cheats without additional stuff?

by the way a quick note
you can edit the usrcheat.dat via r4cce and save as .evocheats
