Homebrew Question Does the CPU mhz increase automatically when docked?

When (un)docked, retroarch says that my cpu is at 1020mhz when left unchanged. I saw somewhere that 1581mhz is the stock for docked.So when I run retroarch while docked, and don't change the settings to 1581mhz, do I actually underclock it?

No, CPU freq stays the same both in dock and handheld. It only changes when some games force it to during loading screens etc (like in botw cpu is officially overclocked to 1.7 during loading screens).

The only frequency that increases automatically in dock are GPU (768 MHz) and RAM (1600 MHz) clock speed.
