Hacking Does the 3DS update break the DSTWO?

I've upgraded my Supercard to the latest versions on the site, does it still work though with the 3DS eShop update or do I need to reflash it or something on a DS Lite before using it?

Supercard DSTWO does NOT work on the new 3DS update.

Does it work on the newest DSi firmware? I want to transfer my DSiWare from my DSi to my 3DS, but I don't want to lose my SuperCard DSTWO functionality.

The DSTwo works in dsi 1.4.2 and 3ds 2.0.0
you have to apply the update first on a DS Lite/I/XL
dont use the 3DS to update you can brick the DSTWO
