Hacking Question Does SX OS contain atmosphere code?

We've heard the rumors that because Atmosphere is open source Team Xecuter is using it's code in SX OS. Is there any evidence to support this claim or is it simply speculation at this point? If yes, then how much Atmosphere code is in SX OS?
