This is actually a very old problem of mine that I decided to give up on, anyways in my attempts to run this virtual console arcade game (I've tried two wads, one that was modified to be region-free and one that wasn't) the menus are rendered entirely in mojibake, and regardless of what I do with the controller I can't ever start the game (unlike the other virtual console games, this one only works with the Wiimote). Can this game even run on NTSC-U systems?
