Homebrew Does SNES9XGX have NTFS support?

now that MPlayerCE has NTFS support im thinking abot converting my fat32 to ntfs but you think other apps like SNES9xgx and others will support it also?

it would be awesome, no more annoying file limits.

well I can see Tantric upgrading his emulators for just THAT reason. (Tantric does the snes, nes, and gb ones). Not all, but I think those are for sure the next ones
