Hacking Does FunkyCIA Work on Windows?

I dumped my ticket.db and ticket.db_gwemu, but I can't seem to get the python file to work on Windows 8. I am confused

I have Python 3.4.2

I did that, but now my PC can't find anything to open the .py file with.

You have to run FunkyCIA.py from the cmd.

I did that, but now my PC can't find anything to open the .py file with.

I did read it, but when I try to open the .py it closes automatically.

FunkyCIA.py ticket.db_gwemu -type dlc

on the cmd line? (once you're in the right directory)
