no, it doesn't. be careful if you're going to install this one. if you can't connect your controller to your psv, and you installed it in internal storage or psv memcard, there is no way you can use your vita because your psv buttons don't work anymore. if you installed it on a microsd card, you can still delete the plugin on computer

now i know that we can hold L when booting to prevent the system to load plugins (like boot into safe mode), so that we can delete the wrong ones
