Does Downgrading, installing Emunand and arm9loader leave any permanent traces? Basically, is there anything it leaves that can't be easily removed. Thanks!

No. Everything done to the device can be reversed. For ARM9LoaderHax you simply install a copy of your NAND before the hack.. For everything else well I suppose if you have a valid backup from before the downgrade it's just as easy to remove all changes to NAND. Once the NAND is restored to a pre hacked state format the memory card

Only hardmod leave scars. Otherwise everything is completely removable.

Awesome! Thanks for the help!

If you are at 9.2 or below, No traces will be left as you can make a NAND backup before doing anything.

If you are above 9.2, yes as downgrading will leave traces and a NAND backup via software is impossible so far above 9.2 so a hardmod would be needed which would leave no changes to the NAND but would have physical changes from soldering.

Do you have emuNAND? If so backup your emuNAND partition and downgrade it to what system version you need it to be and flash it to the sysnand. This will result in the removal of the hack

And there may be no public methods but we have the privileges needed to dump NAND on 10.3 or lower. Not sure about above that but I'm not sure how the downgrade exploit works above 10.3
