Homebrew Does anyone know where to get the uncart homebrew in 3DS format?

I know uncart is hosted on github but it seems it can't be compiled on any os. There are no instructions on how to compile it. But even with all that my question still stands. https://github.com/citra-emu/uncart

P.S why is it that no one cares to publicly mention or talk about homebrew tools capable of dumping roms and retail game cartridges? wtf is wrong with people?

I know uncart is hosted on github but I can't compile it on linux, it can only be compiled on windows (I don't have windows on my laptop). So instead I was wondering if some one on gbatemp can point to a location where I can download uncart in 3DS format.

You're an idiot. Uncart compiles fine on windows (can't comment on any other OS as i rarely use linux and don't use OSX at all).

It uses a Makefile, the same as most other 3DS homebrew. Install devkitARM, then just run 'make', and you'll get a .3dsx version. No reason it shouldn't compile fine on any OS supported by devkitPro.
For making a .3ds version, you'll need an .rsf file, a banner and makerom. https://github.com/StapleButter/blargSnes/tree/master/cci The ones used here should still be good.
