good luck using nusdownloader.
it will generate a bad signed wad, and it will not fix your brick.

you need a clean IOS 58, the one made from the console using BluedumpMod like told at vWii hacking step (the step that everyone skip).

Clean IOS58 v6432 has CRC32 68AA72FD

if you have one, yes, that's the legal method to get one.
there's always the illegal method of finding that file on internet, somewhere, anywhere. just be sure it's "clean dump" (not patched) and v6432 for vWii (don't reinstall the Wii version)
