ROM Hack Does anyone have these patches?

I've been looking up the Pokemon hacks called Moemon for a while now, but I can't seem to find any links to patches or roms or anything.

Anyone got any Moemon patches?

What games I'm looking to patch:
-Pokemon Emerald / Ruby / Sapphire
-Pokemon Heart Gold / Soul Silver
-Pokemon Fire Red / Leaf Green
-Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team / Blue Rescue Team


Also, GBA Hacks don't seem to work on my R4 (GB and GBC hacks work though). I tried Pokemon Shiny Gold, which when the GameBoy Advance screen with the copyright symbol and the word Nintendo were supposed to come up, there was no copyright symbol or Nintendo on the screen, and it wouldn't go to the game...
So I'll need help with that as well.
