Does an A0801002 Syscon points me to replace all Nec/TOKINs or just the RSX ones?

My read here

A0801001 = CELL Power on VRAM failure (Potential NEC tokins issue and VCC)

A0801002 = RSX Power on VRAM failure (Potential NEC tokins issue and VCC)

Would be that 01 points to the CPU caps and 02 the RSX, would I be wrong?

I'm asking to avoid unnecessary sensitive work and because these caps are expensive.

Looking at here, would me I'd only have to buy 8 of 470uF - 6.3V caps, am I right?

Usually thats the case, sometimes it will be fixed if you replace only 1 RSX nec tokin (4 caps).
If your console turns off instantly its RSX but if it turns off after 8-10 seconds then its most probably CPU and you can fix it with piggyback method by adding 2 or 4 caps near CPU nec tokins.

It turns off after 5 ~10 minutes.
