Hacking Does a pc program exist to analyse cia files

Hey guys,

I asked this on a few sites but with no reply other than "google it" or a similar comment

I would like to know does a pc program exist to analyse cia files, what i mean is we have the CTR tool for looking at roms, is there one for cia files that will show you the origin of the cia file (region) or if it has been patched for a region free etc...

You get the idea

Looks like no such program exists then, perhaps some very clever person will create one

You're probably right, I can't find one at all. However, I think you might be able to check the region if you decrypt the CIA.
