Hardware Dock Keeps blonking rapidly

So i got a dock which is blinking rapidly when i plug in thr ac adaptor

which chip can i replace to fix it from your experience guys

it blinks with the switch not attached just the power cable.
The power is fine i tried another dock and works
I just wanna fix this one

It might be the Power IC that's faulty.
Messure the SMD Capacitors that are next to the Power IC, if they are shorted then the Power IC is the faulty Part.
Remove the Power IC and messure again for shorts, if the short is gone just replace the Power IC with a new one and your Dock should work again.

it might not be the same scenario, but one of my docks started doing that, i opened it up, closed it back, and it was working again.

i had it transferred into one of those smaller shells, so its possible it was being squeezed by a screw too tight, or something, or a ribbon cable not perfectly straight or something.

hope you get it figured out!

Just checked nothing shorting

So no shorts, and got the dock from aliexpress blinking, reflowed and it stopped blinking but not showing any image or charging.
Got back to the seller, they said they will replace the board for me.
Weird one to be honest, all the ones i saw online were faulty chips, but this wasnt shorting
