They are listed as a "USA" company, hence "USAR4".
But, they are in China and when you order a Sky3DS+ of which they say that, they have plenty in stock, the stock is not there. And yet they will still take your money. When you request a refund, it will be like pulling teeth. The company does not seem to understand the basic rule of not taking orders for products of which they do not actually own in stock. Communication is poor and they are listed as a reseller on the Sky3ds site. Customer beware. I have had to cancel credit cards and hassle to get a refund from them. I also have a full snapshot of the email exchange on this matter.

To be fair, the URL is USAR4.

Anybody who knows a thing about having "backups" knows that no matter if its a listed reseller,
1) do some research, we even have a dedicated thread for trusted sellers
2) any site that says they MANUFACTURE in the USA is obviously a fraud, because anything piracy related is outlawed.
3) they're Chinese. Ofc they'll give a hassle and charge $70 for something that only cost $12 to make.

I purchased two Sky3ds plus via USAR4.com.
However one of them doesn't work.
So I have sent an email several times, but any anwers back.
I tried to be contacted with them, but I couldn't.

If you buy Sky3ds plus at USAR4.com, they will sent it to you.
However if it is broken or doesn't work, they will not react, response, answer....

So.... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING VIA USAR4.COM

Sky3ds+ it's stock is falling rather fast. It will be pretty hard to find new ones. There's a reason they suddenly jumped up by 30 euros.
