I ordered an AceKard 2i from 0ShippingZone and received it around 3 weeks later. You just need to be patient, and not get your panties in a bunch when your shipment is a few days late.

...I ordered a Supercard DSTwo from 0shippingzone on the 15th of October. They said it'd be 12-13 days for it to come in, it's been 15.

the title of your thread made me think that you got ripped off in some horrendous way. but in actuality you are angry that 0shippingzone can not predict the postal system? there is any number of reasons why it would take more than 2 weeks to arrive at your residence.

instead of bitching about it and trying to make them out to be the bad guy for their best-guess arrival date, just contact them.

0shippingzone @ gbatemp: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showuser=226208
their web contact: http://www.0shippingzone.com/contact_us.php

it is people like you that make running a business super difficult. you assume everything should be one way and when it doesn't take the exact path you have in your head you flip out and make threads like this one.

this thread should be closed.

The title is misleading I suppose, I'll change it. I don't care if the thread closed.

Also, I said it's been 15 days, meaning it's been 15 days and it still hasn't come in. Now the latest it can come in is Monday (USPO is closed on Sunday) Which is 17 days at the least.

I posted that there actual products are fine, but they're much slower than other services based in China. Plus, if you order from ShopTemp, you're supporting this forum.

I don't care if this thread is closed, it's just a rant I guess. I'm just upset, my Droid went corrupt (I lost all of my apps/data) My iPod won't turn on, my laptop broke, and my microSD card from my old Acekard popped out and got lost, all of this in a matter of two weeks.

And, we're selling a trailer we have way up like 100 miles from where we are, so we've driven to it twice since I ordered this, and we're going up again today, and I have nothing to do besides read, and I'm not allowed to in a car.

I apologize. 0shippingzone is the cheapest place you will find Flashcarts, they're just a bit slower compared to other stores.

edit: Apparently I can't edit the title.

The whole point of the thread was to compare times between 0shippingzone and ShopTemp, between me and a friend who ordered at different times. I'm just amazed at the time difference between the two when the price difference is so little, and I vented my anger of everything that's happening to me on an innocent company.

I didn't mean to look like an ungrateful person, I'm so thankful for the wonderful resource you guys have made in this community. I'm thankful for those who have dedicated their time and passion to make these flashcarts, and for people who make custom OS's for nothing at all, just to give us a better experience, like Normmatt, Smiths and Gelu.

Once again, thank you, and I'm sorry.

Get what you pay for, don't trash them cause they're cheaper. They provide a service and don't rip people off.

For two quarters I can get it a week sooner, and referral points. It's Sunday tomorrow so the earliest I can get it now is two days from now, bringing the total up to 17 days at the soonest.
Just be patient and buy elsewhere next time.

I order two seperate Acekards from them on the 13th and 14th October, one arrvied within 2 weeks the other no sign of it yet. I tried emailing them, no response - and the website contact page is down. Does anyone else know how to reach them?

There is a chance that your package is caught in customs either on their end or yours. Most suggested delivery times are estimates under the best conditions. I had a problem when I ordered my DSTWO from KickGaming in Canada and it got stuck in customs for a week. A lot of packages from China get stuck too.

Just sit back and be patient. I'd only worry if it's been a really long time, say over a month or so. A few days after the estimate is not going to kill you.

Even in the US, things can get stuck. I had one person ship me a PS2 card in August from Texas. I just received it last week (Nov 12th) in Mass. I'm not sure where it was stuck (local post office or the sender's shipping facility). It did have a postmark of Aug 14th on it.

I am more concerned by the fact they have not responded to the email I sent and their contact us page shows 404 error!

10 days if you order from ShopTemp

no.
shoptemp is 2-5 weeks.
both DS2s i ordered from shoptemp took four weeks each to get here.
shoptemp is crap, to be honest. they have the most ridiculous shipping options.
i'm ordering from realhotstuff next time. things are a tiny bit more expensive, but with free shipping and they'll get to your door in 3-5 days.
DAYS. not weeks.
(i just got my DS2 today, which i ordered back in the middle of october.)

edit:
this is my non biased opinion of shoptemp.
i'm not like all the other people on this site, jumping at the chance to gain referal credit when someone asks "where should i buy a DS2 from?"
"shoptemp is the best, mate! here's my referal link buy buy buy!"
shoptemp easily offers the worst service i have ever experienced. and that spans across four purchases.
two by me, one by my girlfriend, and one by my best friend. each package took 3-4 weeks to arrive.

unless of course you give them an extra $20 USD for shipping (possibly more for other countries). then you get treated like a decent human being.

Clearly you have no idea how the postal service works then. RealHotStuff is located in the USA, as compared to Hong Kong for ShopTemp. Of course it's gonna take a longer time for ShopTemp to deliver, as they have to air-mail it to the US and then USPS carts it off to your location. Not to mention the time it takes for customs to inspect it for "weapons of mass destruction" or whatever it is Americans are calling it these days. I've dealt with many resellers from China and Hong Kong (including MP4Nation, ShopTemp, DealExtreme, BestOfferBuy, and 0ShippingZone), and all of them take 3-5 weeks to deliver my stuff. For the price I pay it's a fair tradeoff, but don't call ShopTemp shit because they take a while to ship from another continent, let alone another country.

And, for the record, I've recommended ShopTemp before, but not once have I ever given out a referral address.

i stopped reading there.
i have received packages from hong kong, singapore, japan, and even the philippines.
shipping from hong kong, i've received them in 3-5 days. other than that they took 1-2 weeks but nowhere nearly as long as shoptemp (an entire month.)
i know what i'm talking about, buddy

You cannot judge shipping service really, because it really comes down to how busy is the postal service.

I worked at UPS before, so I can tell you that it is pure luck that you get the package in 3-5 days. For example a package shipped from HK to US does not mean it'll travel directly. Depending on the shipping time and plane available, it can travel straight to US, or it can go all over the world before reaching US. It can go from HK to US, or it can go from HK to JP to SK to UK to US. Package got traveled in indirect route because carrier want each plane to maximize the cargo they are carrying. It is pure luck that package got traveled in direct route.

Keep in mind that HK postal service is busy, especially during holiday season.

This. Thank you trumpet-205. Also, Shabutie78, if you would have kept reading...

I know what I'm talking about, buddy. I'd like to know the total number of times you've ordered from any Asian country, and how many of those times were 3-5 days.

I can accept a delay in delivery, however I cannot accept that the 'contact us' page on their website does not work - neither have they replied to my email I sent on the 11th! Customer service very pour...

[update] Package arrvied today so it did turn up ok... still no response to my email though....
