Hardware Do most Gamecube games not support both memory card slots?

Do most Gamecube games not support both memory card slots? I have 2 Gamecube memory cards in my Wii.. The first card is almost full, but they second card is fairly empty. However, most games dont even bother checking Slot B for a card, it just asks if you wish to continue without saving or something like that.

Most gamecube games has the weird logic to check slot 2 if there's a second player, just swap cards

Generally, Slot B memory cards are reserved for "extra" data for certain games, such as taking screenshots in Super Smash Bros. Melee. That's why most games say something like "make sure there's a memory card in Slot A..." when asking to save, or whatever.
