Honestly, I didn't even know Nintendo went through with this program until I got to the stage I am now about to upload a video of a modded mario game.
I was wondering this as I'm guessing Nintendo don't like videos of their games modded so is it part of this program still or is it exempt and you can keep all the ad revenue? I know some users here have uploaded modded mario videos so I thought I'd ask.
Also, I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I looked at the other boards and this seemed like the most relevant one to my query.
