I have a 512 sony mb memory card and the games run fine, but I want to update to a 4gb. But I was wondering if I should get a sandisk or sony, and does anybody know if there are any slowdowns in any of the games with either of these cards?

It does affect the games. I have an official Sony 4GB and I get some slowdowns in Harvey Birdman during videos. Go with a Sandisk Ultra II or a Sandisk Extreme III if you can afford it!!

i got a Sony 4gb (fake) and i get some good lag when i play NBA ballers. The game usually lags when the players make the shots and dunks. Beside from that i've played games like syphon filter and tekken DR without any lag.

Try to increase ur CPU speed from 'default' to '333Hz' in the recovery menu.

wow. that worked great, no more lag on Ballers.

BTW will there be any downsides if i just leave it on 333mhz??
