Hacking Do I need to reflash?

Okay, so I used the search function, but there is nothing up to date.

I reflashed my Xbox 360 last year I think with iXtreme LT 3.0. It was whatever the newest firmware was at that time.

Do I need to flash it again for games that are out now?

Just wondering before I go out and buy some games.

Mine's on the same firmware and I have been playing Alien Isolation with no problems, on latest dash. You should be fine.

Reflashing isn't needed nope.
Seems LT 3.0 will be the final firmware for the 360 as MS shifts it focus to the One.
