Do any CIAs have instruction manuals built-in?

Just checked on my 3ds, most of them have manuals. One game doesn't - but I am not sure if that is because the CIA was originally a .3DS or if that game just doesn't come with one
Also, if you want to delete threads - you can hit report and ask for them to be deleted. However, we don't typically delete threads if there is something to be learned from them for other users (who might find them later)
