There is a way to use them by using a patch with Cafiine. It won't unlock them permanently, just temporary.

still debatable. All it does is modify the ui of the slots, however still in packs like any other mod pack and does not contain any actual ripped files directly from the game. Though the post should be removed as gbatemp doesn't support piracy of sorts.

actually my game version are the V1.0.7 because i use new nusgrabber to update the game and after that version if you try to run it you will get a error, by the way could you give me another solution if i dont have the update 288? i mean i have download but it doesnt work on loadinee gx2 v0.3

The fact of the matter is, no matter how you feel about it, sm4sh is immensely popular.
Because of its popularity, Nintendo makes lots of money creating dlc.
