Hacking Disk Read error?!?!

Im running Cios r17 and Neogamma 4.2 SM . Recently any games that I burn to a disk will not work. I get an error that says the disk can not be read. I've tried burning Mario Kart Wii 12 times now. at 4x,1x, 2.4. Ive tried burning on both mac and Pc. I've used different sources and it will not load. I've tried wii fit plus same way and it will not work. Sega All-stars racing tried three times and it will not work. Game I've done a few months ago will work fine: New Super Mario Bros. Ea Sports active, etc. Any idea what could help me fix this problem?

Oh and to add a few other bits of information i'm on neogamma 8 rc3. I am having the problem on two different wii's so it is not the disk drive.

Have you changed the DVDs you use or the burner or the burning software?

I'm using DVD +rs from memorex which ive been using for a while but I will probably pick up a different brand too. As for software I've use imgburn on pc, disco on mac, and the macs diskutility to burn all with the same results.
