Apparently Discord "hopes to" create a port of the voice/chat app to Nintendo Switch. All you need to do is upvote the (multiple) petitions on it's feedback site here.

The only problem I see is the links in discord. If you open links on the Switch, or download files, it could lead to unexpected consequences
